use executive power granted in Constitution to protect our youth from routine mass-shooting murders

We the People petition President Obama to use the executive power granted in our US Constitution to protect us from routine mass-shooting murders.
* To control the use of weapons of war by individuals, re-instate the Federal Assault Weapon Ban (1994-2004), namely:
* Stop the manufacture and sale of all automatic, semiautomatic, and handguns to citizens.
* Stop the manufacture and sale of ammunition that support the weapons above.
* Permit the sale of guns for hunting (defined as rifle that holds fewer than 11 rounds), but review mental health and anti-depressant & anti-psychotic use.
* Enhance the Gun Owner and Operator License process.
* Raise the price and taxation of all bullets.
There can be no greater accomplishment for a President than securing our Nation’s posterity: our children
