To have the Obama Administration use their executive power to overturn the law in Texas that legalized the taking of photos or videos of upskirts or downblouses of unsuspecting individuals. This violates the unalienable rights of the victims as stated in the U.S. Constitution. It may be the right for the picture taker to sexually satisfy themselves but not at the expense of the rights to life, the freedoms of the victim including freedom of privacy clearly being violated AND the violation of the victim's freedom of happiness. This law is CLEARLY unconstitutional and will only condone further behavior such as rape or molestation as well as the possession and/or distribution of child pornography.
