Use Executive Power to Put a Vote of No Confidence in NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman

Over the past several weeks, it has become increasingly clear that NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman has no interest in honestly or sufficiently ending a lockout that has forced hundreds of American employees out of work or overseas. This isn't just about players who can take the hit. This is about the guys who drive the Zambonis at a fraction of the athletes' pay, the guys who prep all the equipment. Gary Bettman is keeping these people from earning a wage at the jobs they love by being obdurate and tyrannical over billions of dollars when some employees only make thousands and now make nothing. Please place an Executive vote of no confidence in Gary Bettman's leadership, help have him removed from his post, and get regular Americans back to work
