Use Executive Powers to enact a National Id for all State/Federal ID verification combining multiple agencies.

By instituting a National Id, we would be able to monitor immigration to a greater degree and also institute better communication with the public. With a Federal Id, the cost to states would decrease due to less management, as all state functions would be on one ID form. Additionally, the government could then offer weekly voting on immediate issues, online, to random citizens, to accurately identify the peoples wishes for the country. This ID would take the place of the SSA card, the State ID card, the Voter Registration, the Military ID, and any new National Insurance Cards. You would be registered with E-Verify as a legal working person.
