USE EXECUTIVE POWERS TO FORCE ACTION FROM THE HOUSE AND SENATE REGARDING TAXES OF MIDDLE AND HIGH INCOME IMMEDIATELY.

Created by B.O. on November 15, 2012

We the people of the United States of America do so recognize the stalemate in Washington D.C. between the Republican controlled House of Representatives and the Democratic controlled Senate regarding raising taxes on households of $250,000/year or more and cutting taxes on households with incomes less than $250,000/year. In order to avoid a fiscal crisis on January 2013, we respectfully ask the White House and President Obama to implement powers afforded to the executive branch of government to push through these bills and measurements, regardless of bi-partisan disapproval on either side of the legislative branch. We ask the United States Supreme Court to uphold this action as Constitutional en lieu of consideration regarding economic fiscal stability requirements and needs.
Thank You.
