To enable the Office of the President to have executive privilege when it comes to the inbalance of powers amongst the three branches of government, when it becomes fact that politics is taking precedence over the best interests of the people of the country; for examples, the manufactured crises perpetrated by political parties for their gain alone, in the Congress, as illustrated by the situations such as the debt ceiling and sequestration issues.
