With the first Ebola patient being diagnosed in Dallas this week, the Obama Administration needs to instruct the FAA to require U.S. Flagged Air Carriers and all international flights arriving at U.S. airports to provide the country of origin for the itinerary of all passengers. Any passengers travelling from Ebola outbreak countries will not be allowed on international flights arriving in the U.S.
Exceptions will be allowed for medical aid personnel who have gone through rigorous screening or any passenger willing to wait through 21 days of quarantine.
This is a matter of national security. An outbreak in the U.S. would cause many avoidable deaths and cripple our national economy.
