Rain is needed to grow crops, provide water to people to drink, cook, bath, clean, etc., move barges on the Mississippi River, all kinds of ways we use water. It is one of our greatest resources and without it, life as we know it will not be the same. I am requesting funds be used to research how to successfully create rain.
