The executive branch of government will use it's full power, force, and weight to lobby congress into creating and passing a law that shall make online poker legal within the United States of America. This will include appointing a section of government to run and regulate this business, so that is is run fairly, is commercially competitive, and to regulate fair taxes from the gross revenue, so that taxes from running the business will paid to the government for purposes of repaying back the costs of federal running and regulation of the business, with the remainder of taxes to go back to the federal government and be applied equally to the national debt and yearly deficit.
