Domestic dogs, especially herd breeds like the Portuguese Water Dog, need well-balanced canine companionship. Teenagers and younger children learn responsibility and leadership skills managing young dogs, and two dogs would benefit them twice as much as Bo already has. The United States, the President, and First Lady should provide Bo, Sasha, and Malia a second puppy for the second Obama administration. It's only fair considering what they have to sacrifice so we can benefit from the President and First Lady's contributions.
