Use HAARP to attack North Korea.

North Korea has openly and publicly threatened the United States of America with tests on long range missiles. It is obvious that they have intent to gain such firepower as to launch an attack against these United States. All conspiracy theories aside I urge the US to use project HAARP and environmental weapon in Alaska to effectively neutralize the situation immediately. No more American blood needs to be shed. If we are to achieve a one common world then extremists like the North Korean Regime must be dealt with swiftly and aggressively. I urge the American People to support the use of HAARP for this undertaking. The time for action has come.
