Use higher tariffs on all foreign imports to rebuild the US economy

Using higher tariff taxes on foreign exports would simply rebuild our US economy. We could use the extra money fund a better future for our nation and lower the deficit. The use of higher taxes on foreign goods could also increase growth of domestic jobs, which in turn, could further decrease unemployment rate and build a golden economy.
