use historical expulsion as a punishment to deter mass shootings or other forms of unconscionable terrorism

Created by M.D. on December 20, 2012

In order to deter mass shootings, or other unconscionable acts of terror against the citizens of the United States, the Department of Justice would be given the ability to administer historical expulsion to prevent the celebrity status given to criminals. Historical expulsion would be defined as the removal of all historical documents of all said criminals. This would include, but not limited to, removal of Birth certificates, Death certificates, Diplomas, School records, etc. and in any case where the accused would need to be mentioned, he/she would be here referred to as a "forgotten assailant". Any public or private organization that refuses to adhere to this standard would be fined and the proceeds would be set up to help fund the families of the afflicted to aid emotional distress.
