Use implanted chip technology to limit gun use to their licensed owners

Created by C.C. on January 16, 2013

Use technology to restrict guns to owners
-all new guns in the United States must have user identification locks built into them that expire in a year and a month
-all gun purchases require a license, background check, training and an implanted chip the gun can authenticate with
-only guns legal to sell have to be user identity locked and only through a government intermediary
-gun ammunition sale and purchase is restricted to defined specifications intended to limit gun availability to user locked firearms
no guns or ammunition can be brought in our out of the US except by the military
-general public guns must be locked to one and only one individual. They cannot be fired by anybody but the licensed owner
-military and law use user identity locked guns but locked to troop or law office.
