Change we can believe in was BO's catch phrase in 2008, and while it may be the case that he is trying with all his might to bring about change, it is this petitioner's belief that real change much come from Congress. But Congress is in a deadly stale mate brought about by personal self-interest from political "lifers" who have made a career out of serving the American people. The only thing that can change this is term limits for Congress. I petition POTUS to form a committee charged with organizing and advocating an effort to enact term limits for Congress people.
