Use jet-packs for presidential transit instead of motorcades.

Created by I.U. on March 06, 2015

For short range transit, ground transportation in the form of motorcades is typically used to securely transport the POTUS. This typically involves closing down roadways, rolling blocades, decoy convoys, and other measures to ensure the safety of the POTUS. These measures are costly, of detrimental impact to local residents, and don't enlarge the POTUS' stature. Instead, we propose the use of jet-packs. Jet-packs are compact, hightly maneuverable, and at typical altitudes, won't disrupt much existing air and ground traffic. Jet-pack equipped secret service agents will be able to provide complete 3D protection of the POTUS. Best of all, a jet-pack entrance signals that our President is the most awesome head of state that history books have been lucky enough to feature.
