Robert H. Richards IV is a rich man whom got on probation after committing child molestation to his infant son and his daughter. He was let go because the judge thought he; "will not fare well" in prison. He has admitted to the crime but is not properly paying for it.
Probation and therapy will not help any human being whom commits a horrid act of molestation, especially in children. A proper sentence must be carried out. Where is justice for those kids whom will be haunted for the rest of their lives? When did law become like this? A poor man does it, he'd get 10+ years and that's common sense.
