Use a law like the Sherman Anti Trust Act to break Bank of America into many smaller regionalized banks.

Like in the earlier 20th century with the breaking up of Standard Oil into many smaller oil companies like mobile to prevent economic turmoil and to ensure competition. A law should be put into place to break up Bank of America because it is too powerful and too big to fail and if it were to fail it would ruin the economy because of how many people out their money and investments into. This law should break it up into smaller regionalized banks that don't hold as much power.
