Use mainframe supercomputer to balance trade.

The computer is fast enough to make balance trade possible. With fast computer we can keep track of credit and etc.. that a country have and balance it electronically. If we can use the computer to manage tade we can try to balance it and even eliminate the buslness cycle altogether. Since we are reaching this technological innovation now, we should test eleectronic trade balance with 1 or 2 small country to see if it is possilble. Companies that import or export will have to balance their trade(there are many way to do this). With modern day technology it should be possilbe to eliminate the business cycle and make trade much better.
