Use military force to prevent ISIS from gaining a permanent foothold in Iraq by denying control of large cities.

The media and the Government are underplaying the threat that is posed by ISIS's operations in Iraq. These are the fine gentlemen who were eating hearts and playing soccer with decapitated heads in Syria, and now they're taking control of the largest cities in Iraq, including tens of millions of dollars taken from banks, and all of the U.S. supplied military equipment that is being abandoned by fleeing Iraqi security forces and police.
ISIS is more extreme than any radical religious group that we have seen before, and they will pose a serious threat not only to national security, but also to international interests, if they are permitted to gain enough momentum.
