Use the monies derived from the sale of oil and gas leases to fund healthcare and reduce the national debt,

My petition is to use our oil and gas lease money for healthcare and paying down our national debt, not buying up rural America and displacing families and tying up and shutting off our land. The Federal government now owns over 25% of America and growing. The Federal government now owns over one third of our town and people are being forced out by taxes that have gone up 170% over the last two years. Those leases belong to us and should not be used to destroy rural America, our culture, and our forestry and agriculture jobs. Land could be conserved with conservation easements which would leave it as working farms and forests, while still preventing rampant developement. There is no need to use these leases to buy more of America, shut it down, when the money could be used to help people.
