We would use the National Guard and the Army Reserve to help protect our Southern border. Using these forces would help the border patrol cover the immense southern border. With the amount of people coming in illegally, and the amount of people waiting to become U.S. citizens, this seems to be the only reasonable solution. It would help train both the National Guard and the Army Reserve, and will cut down the flow of drugs entering into the U.S.
