Veterans are waiting month to years in order to have their claims processed to receive their compensation. In many cases, this causes extreme financial hardships for the ones that wrote a blank check to this country. Veterans in many cases are fully disabled and cannot go out and just get a job. The way this country is treating its veterans is despicable. It is resulting in the ones that gave all to not be able to pay their bills, ruining their credit, and in many cases, resulting in them becoming homeless. A proactive approach is needed NOW! We should use every resource available to tackle this backlog, including military personnel. Stop listening to the lies and smoke and mirrors from the VA and get this problem taken care of.
