Use NDAA to detain John Kerry for arming & training Al Qaeda allied Syrian rebels and threatening to bomb alongside them

Exercise presidential power to indefinitely detain terrorist spokesperson John Kerry under the NDAA. The NDAA exists specifically to be used to stop people like Kerry who are aided or joining Al Qaeda or other terrorists. John Kerry is aiding and Al Qaeda by arming and training Al Qaeda linked Syrian rebels and is urging bombings to support Al Qaeda in Syria. Kerry is pushing a illegal war of aggression to support Al Qaeda. It is time to use the NDAA on Kerry or to admit defeat in the War on Terror and dismantle the NDAA, Patriot Act, and the Department of Homeland Security.
