Use PRISM/NSA data as online backup. Lost a photo, contact, or file? Go to an NSA portal, authenticate, and download a copy of your missing data. Allow parents to view children's SMS messages and permit phone conversation access. In other words, turn all the data into an operational archive for all. This would save US consumers millions in backup costs and lost productivity. Obviously the NSA is better at backups than normal citizens, so this would be a huge boon to hapless citizens that don't backup regularly.
