Congolese are abandoned to themselves and President Obama executive order 13413, Bill S.2125(109th) and the resolution 2136 of January 30, 2014 remain inactive to stop genocide, rape and impunity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The situation in BENI is maneuvered by the DRC' government in complicity with Rwanda, Uganda and the MONUSCO to maintain strong man regime in power after 2016.
Our request is:
1. To end genocide and rape in DRC.
2. To enforce the rule of law in the DRC.
3. To enforce the government of the DRC to organize the election as scheduled by the constitution of the DRC.
4. To freeze bank accounts and to deny visas to DRC officials who are participating and supporting strong man regime.
5. To assist DRC population to use their rights as mentioned in the Article 64.
