Starbucks' Mocha Coconut Frappuccino is one of the greatest things ever put in a cup. Sadly, Starbucks only offers this beverage during summer months.
They get us hooked only to take it away from us!
We the people therefore solicit President Obama to use Executive powers of one sort or other to force Starbucks to offer this beverage all year.
