Use part of the stimulus spending to put out of work returning soldiers to protect our schools under the authority of local law enforcement but paid by the federal government so as to not put undo stress on city and state economies. Once these people know there is armed and trained resistance at the schools they will no longer be a target, and this will prevent a similar case of what happened in Russia from happening here when terrorists killed many of their school children.
