use the phrase "radical Islam" to identify enemy terrorists who are clearly motivated by literal readings of the Koran.

The Obama administration refuses to identify the primary enemy of Western Civilization by its most accurate name: radical Islam. Until it does so, we are hamstrung in our ability to engage in a productive discourse with peaceable Muslim community leaders who must stop distancing themselves from this problem, own it, and help work towards a Muslim reformation. It starts with our leadership.
