Use policy to restructure Fannie and Freddie, Keep housing affordable, Fannie and Freddie payback taxpayer in full.

Urge Congress/Senate not to condone the reckless behavior of the banking industry in their treatment of the American consumer and their role in the melt-down of the housing market, by winding down fannie mae and freddie mac, and rewarding the private sector with control of the multi-trillion mortgage market. Protect affordable housing for hard working American families, by restructuring Fannie and Freddie to eliminate their vunerability to fraud by the banking industry. Allow taxpayers to be paid back in full by eliminating the 10% dividend and applying all funds paid to priniciple reduction: parallel to the Government's bailout of the big banks and private sector. Require the private sector and the GSE's to maintain 50/50 market share in the housing industry.
