We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Use the popular vote for ALL U.S. elections.

Created by K.M. on January 11, 2017

The popular vote is the Vote. The electoral college ensures propagation of White Supremacy. Our High School history class taught us the Vote belonged only to White, land-owning males and by White land-owning males then that the electoral was created. The Grand Old Party is constituted mostly of White males with money, perhaps owners of land, perhaps owners' of Kock Industries. Despite losing the popular Vote in the elections of 2000 and 2016, the electoral college elected the Republican. Winning the presidency with "unpopular" votes, gerrymandering the districts, and actually changing voting laws to ensure future Republican "wins" is key for the White Supremacist movement. A glaring example is Trump's cabinet of "Grumpy Old [White] Men" who are surely White Supremacists if not Klansmen.
