Use Popular Vote in place of the Electoral College which is flawed making every vote not really matter.

The Electoral College should be replaced with the Popular Vote in all elections. This is the ONLY way that every vote really matters. The Electoral College is flawed that it allows one to win just 11 states and win the election. Even if winning those 11 states is almost impossible to happen, is still could. So what happen to the votes of the other 39 states? They just don't matter, if your not in a swing state it just doesn't matter anymore. With the population in major cites, the rural area of the county find their voices just get muted by the Electoral College. In a country where you are made to feel that EVERY VOTE COUNTS, then we should make sure that they do. Popular Votes are the only true way to insure the person the people want get the win.
