Use Presidential powers to apply the equivalent financial sacrifice of Sequestration to Congress, President & Cabinet

The sequestration includes drastic measures,that were never intended to be enacted. Created as a deterrent to avoid gridlock. Neither the President nor Congress should enact any measure, using the American economic condition and citizens as hostages/victims while they fight for a solution. Ultimately regardless of your opinion, or what side of the political/economic aisle one stands, one fact remains: no leader should impose hardship/restrictions on the populace that they, themselves, are not willing to endure in defense of their own positions. Whatever your personal beliefs, a leader should have the courage of their conviction to endure the same sacrifice they are willing to impose on American citizens.
