Dear America,
Our infrastructures are decades behind on being repaired, rebuilt, and remodeled. Its becoming increasingly dangerous to drive across bridges and roads. In fact one of our bridges has already failed us in Minnesota killing 13 people. We are taught to have pride as Americans from the time we walk, but how can we have pride in a country we continually let rubble and fall into pieces. We are so concerned about sending foreign aid to other countries that we have been neglecting Mother America. Prisoners can be used to rebuild America. It is their duty as Americans to give back to their country. Also it would cut down on labor costs, and could even be used as an incentive for the prisoners. America needs help, and its going to take all of us to fix her
