Use the proper word when referring to Welfare, Food Stamps, WIC and other give away programs. They are SUBSIDIES.

Created by E.B. on December 29, 2012

To hopefully force the administration and members of Congress from both parties to call Social Security and Medicare what they are. They ARE ENTITLEMENTS. We the people who paid into them are ENTITLED to the benefits promised to us. Welfare, Food Stamps, WIC and other free programs are not entitlements. Nobody is entitled to be taken care of by tax payers. Welfare programs are SUBSIDIES and need to be called such. Mr. President, members of Congress and everyone in government, please start using the proper words when describing Social Security and Medicare. We don't need entitlement reform, we need SUBSIDY reform.
