Use RFID chip technology to save lives on highways.
The idea is easy: put a chip reader on the front of all new vehicles so the car will read an implanted chip / chips in the no passing zones on highways and roads. The chips will tell the car/truck no you can't pass. The system only will come on when the vehicle goes over 20 mph and is in contact with a solid stripe on the road that has the chip /chips in the stripe. This should be standard equipment on all new vehicles starting 2020. Simple , easy to do.. Just put a special chip reader on the front left of a vehicle. stop the countless deaths.
