With this petition we ask that President Obama direct the Department of Justice to aggressively investigate, under the RICO act or other racketeering & criminal conspiracy laws, police departments whose officers have killed citizens under dubious circumstances.
The end result of these investigations would be to punish any criminal activity, and install corrective systems such that all segments of the public are protected from the police as well as by the police.
