We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Use some of the billions of dollars in foreign military aid to fund DRACO, a possible cure for most viruses.

Created by R.H. on August 10, 2016

The U.S. spends billions of taxpayer dollars annual subsidizing foreign military costs.

DRACO is a potential viral cure developed by Dr. Todd H. Rider. He has already shown proof of concept that it could cure numerous viruses in human cells, including the common cold! More than that, it could potentially be for viruses what antibiotics were to bacteria. It could save countless lives.

Yet one thing has hampered Dr. Rider's 16 year quest for the drug: Funding.

I propose that the federal government take a small slice of the billions they give to foreign countries every year for military spending, and fund the development of a drug that could potentially change the world.
