Use a stronger enforcement with child support on men that fail to help the mothers financially.

I am a single mother that has been taking care of my kids by myself for so long. I have been going back and forward to court just to get child support from my daughters father. I have been taken to court by this man the moment my daughter turned a year old. I have never told him that he couldn't see her or anything. I went threw visitation court with this young for him stress his rights to see her, which was fine with me. But know that were at the point were he has to provide financially he wants to fight me on that. I have been told that if I don't let him see her I can be held in contempt but when he doesn't pay his child support that is also court ordered he's not held contempt somethings wrong with that. Women like me need justice with the system.
