The purpose of this petition is to mandate the executive branch's negotiations for any and all proposed international pacts relating to trade be freely and universally available to the people of the United States.
"Trade pacts" would include any international agreement which involves goods or services being exchanged or moved into or out of the United States, whether physical items, financial services and instruments, intellectual property, or manufacturing or service work, or any other item of trade.
