The United States Government owns many properties, but many of them are not used. Have you ever driven on a road and seen a large empty lot just sitting there with its only purpose to collect dust. We the People of the United States declare that this waste of land be used to produce a cleaner America with more alternative energy sources, as well as a medium to create jobs.
