Why do looters always get away even though we have clear HD footage of most of them? Many are caught on cameras. These domestic terrorist should be brought to justice. By letting them go we only send a message that when riots occur, law doesn't apply. We should systematically hunt them all down, and apply the maximum penalty allowed by law to their crimes. Post there photos, shame them, bring them to justice!
