Using Administrative reform, Please allow seriously backlogged EB2/EB3 candidates with their I-140 approved to file I-485 and apply for EAD & AP. This will greatly help people from those countries to be able to work in the United States and to leave the United States and return while awaiting a visa.
Since Immigration Reform does not seem to go any forward with congressional gridlock in Washington, Please take this as an administrative reform to help out the people who are helping to keep this country on competitive edge globally.
