Companies need real reasons to distribute wealth to employees fairly. Minimum wage laws are a bandaid. If it was beneficial for the Company to distribute wages-benefits fairly they would do it voluntarily. If the tax rate was high for Companies that concentrate wages at the top and favorable for a better distribution balance, Companies would choose to pay less tax and spread the wealth. Tax laws are one of the only ways Companies and individuals can be manipulated to do something that is desired. This simple rate schedule would ensure Companies spread wages and benefits more fairly.
