utilize the 27th Amendment of the US Constitution to cap congressional salaries to that of the middle-class.

Created by J.C. on November 28, 2012

Congressional salaries should be salary capped to that of America's median middle-class income. A congressional salary cap would save the American tax payers more than $39 million per year in taxes and establish a esprit de corps within congress regardless of party affiliation.
