This petition is to design a cloud based background check system that can be used by all licensed gun sales agents to provide a quick cost efficient way to complete background checks.
This system would be allow for submition of the background checks by retailers electronicly through encrypted secure channel. The information would then be stored in the cloud and shared between law inforcement agenecies responsible for approvals. This would allow for equal access to information. This will also allow shared information for those agencies.
