Utilize executive powers given in the Patriot Act to declare certain firearms weapons of mass destruction.

We the people of the United States, petition our government over the grievances concerning abuse of the second amendment. We the people, in order to protect and preserve the right to life and liberty of innocent individuals of all ages submit the following plea. That the President of the United States, due to the inability of congressional and senate officials to legislate due to the constraining influence of interests other than those of the people of the United States, utilize the executive powers given him in The Patriot Act to declare any firearm that has the capacity to hold, store and/or save and discharge more than 6 rounds of ammunition without the need to manual reload be declared a weapon of mass destruction and henceforth surrendered to local authorities or seized by force.
