This petition aims to place turkey deep fryers in the same regulatory category as dangerous chemicals, foods, and firearm ownership, while at the same time recognizing their use of fossil fuels as a danger to the environment. It also recognizes that there is no Constitutional right to the ownership of turkey deep fryers, so little will be required short of Executive Orders to properly regulate these dangerous and unnecessary devices, saving countless lives from third degree burns and possibly death.
