The US government is wasting millions of dollars discussing, researching, arguing, and going back and forth on issues that need to be resolved ASAP.
This is why Paper-Rock-Scissors (hereafter known as The P-R-S Democracy) should be used to settle all matters of governmental decision policy.
All matters that require a vote will instead pick one person from each side of the issue and the two shall face each other upon a podium or stage.
