Utilize new technology for justice and prevention of costly lawsuits by requiring police to wear body cameras nationally

Created by B.W. on November 21, 2014

This investment would pay for itself several times over by preventing lawsuits and lengthy court hearings in regard to police brutality. Riots and uncalled for prison time would decrease and most importantly our civil rights would be protected. This federal action would address racial profiling and a moral stench that has pervaded from the necessary respect our police officers deserve. The time for justice and equality is always NOW. It makes "cents" to hold those in power accountable. The money saved could be used for mandatory conflict resolution classes for police cadets in training, as well as a plethora of other community needs.
